Standard Procedure
Our standard procedure for any event is to show up 1 hour before the event starts to set up. We are committed to begin your event at the proper time with all equipment ready.
Payment - A down payment and contract agreement are required to book any event. By signing the contract both parties understand their responsibility and liability. We accept cash, paypal and checks. Please make checks payable to JP Mitchell.
Weddings - Here at Mitch Man Music we are excited and pleased that you choose us to DJ & emcee at your wedding. We go above and beyond preparing for your special day. By bringing back-up equipment and personnel you can be sure everything will go as planned.
Announcements - We will announce anything at anytime. For example, the entrance of the wedding party, or simply an announcement to open birthday presents and sing the birthday song!
Customized Play List - A play list is customized to meet each individual event's needs. This can include as many songs as you would like as long as they are emailed to the DJ at least 1 week in advance to the event. We will create or go by your schedule you have made for your special day. If you need certain songs played at certain times during your event we can coordinate with you appropriately. We want your special day to go as you planned and anticipated.
Games - We offer different types of games at our events to keep the kids (or adults) having fun. Limbo, hula-hoop and line-dancing are a few things we have to offer. If you have a specific game you would like let us know and we will accommodate to your needs.
Lighting - Our light stands consist of high quality professional LED, strobe and an optional mirror ball lighting effects that will keep the dance floor going and create an inviting and fun atmosphere at any event. See for yourself by visiting the following links:
